Hands down the fastest year of my life. I can’t believe it’s over, but I’m so excited for what’s ahead. I was challenged in so many ways this year and I feel like I’ve become a better person and better photographer because of it. I’m so blessed to have the best family on earth, who supports me in everything that I do professionally and personally. And I really couldn’t ask for better clients. You all have a special place in my heart (and on my external hard drive) and I don’t know what I would do without you. I’m blessed to call many of you my friends, and I am truly grateful for that. Thank you for making this year one of the best I’ve ever had.
Thank you to my fellow photographer friends for your support, advice and friendship. You know who you are and you all totally rock.
One last thank you to my husband Matt. For being your rad self and allowing me to follow my passion of photography. I love you more than chocolate.
Enjoy some of my favorite images from this last year (in no particular order.)
Ended my 2013 wedding season with an amazing couple! It’s been such a wonderful year and looking back I’m so grateful for each and every wedding and all the new friends that I made!
I loved every second of Kara + John’s wedding day. The week before it was warm and sunny, and it snowed most of the morning and afternoon when Kara + John were married. The snow made for unique and memorable photos, which was awesome! They had an intimate ring ceremony and reception at Pierpont Place later in the evening. Everything was beautiful and fit Kara + John perfectly. It was so wonderful being with them and their friends and family on their big day! Congratulations you guys!!
This wedding made my heart happy. Everyone was so sweet and overjoyed that these two were getting married. And it was plain as day, that Chanelle + Chris were the happiest of all. I loved that Chanelle brought a touch of her Texas roots with her to Utah and incorporated it into her wedding and reception. The bull skulls and turquoise were PERFECT to say the least.
Thank you to my bestie Jalene of J. Taylor Photography for coming with me and helping me shoot their wedding!
